This hotel blew me away! The seamless subway access below offers a kept promise for convenience, and the staff's attention to detail is remarkable. The spacious Premier Corner King Room showcased stunning city views from two large windows. Truly a blend of modern elegance and exceptional service—a memorable stay!

The room sheets were not clean. I could smell it as soon as I got in bed. I had to use towels to sleep on instead. It was disappointing considering the price level, and I had to use alcohol spray to mask the unpleasant odor in the room.

The hotel offers impressive amenities and a lovely breakfast with gorgeous views. Service is warm, though some staff struggled with English. Gym and pool facilities are restricted, which was disappointing for my family. Overall, a fantastic experience in a convenient location.

The room was huge for Japanese standards, really spacious and comfortable, especially with a toddler running around. Also the staff were incredibly friendly, every day they'd shower my daughter with smiles and even a few cuddles.

It wasn't affordable, but it was still reasonable for what you get.
